Life Size Cutout

Life size cardboard cutouts are two-dimensional standees of people, characters, or objects, printed in high resolution and cut precisely to shape. They are commonly produced on sturdy materials such as Foamex or cardboard and are popular for events like birthdays, weddings, and trade shows, as well as for marketing uses, including product launches and brand promotions. These cutouts are highly visual, easy to personalise, and create strong photo opportunities and interaction for both businesses and individuals.

At Foamex Printing Company, we take the standard cardboard standee and upgrade it for superior durability and print quality. While often referred to as “cardboard cutouts,” our custom life-size cutouts are produced using 5mm Foamex board. This gives you vivid, high-definition graphics with a rigid structure that won’t bend or wilt, even when used outdoors. From life size cardboard cutouts of people to custom-shaped product displays, our precision contour cutting delivers clean edges and a perfectly defined silhouette every time.

Applications for Life Size Cutouts

Our life-size cutouts are versatile, eye-catching props ideal for events, promotions, and special occasions.

• Weddings & Parties: Create a personalised cardboard cutout of the bride and groom for guests to pose with, or bring an absent friend to the party in spirit.
• Retail & POS: In retail environments, life-size cutouts are often used as part of wider point of sale printing campaigns to draw attention to promotions, launches or brand ambassadors directly on the shop floor.
• Corporate Events: Welcome delegates with life-size figures of the CEO or keynote speakers, or use themed cutouts for fun team-building photo ops.
• Fan Memorabilia: Perfect for superfans, we can print life size cardboard cutouts of celebrities, athletes, or fictional characters for bedroom decor or gifts.
