A1 Foamex Board Printing

A1 Foamex board printing provides a rigid, lightweight surface for large-format graphics, signage, displays and promotional boards. The standard A1 size is 594 × 841mm, giving you a large print area while remaining practical to handle, transport and display.

Choose from 3mm, 5mm or 10mm Foamex board, with single-sided or double-sided printing available. You can also customise your A1 Foamex printing with drilled holes, lamination and straight or cut-to-shape finishing to match your display requirements.

A1 Foamex Board Options

Different applications can require different levels of rigidity. Our A1 Foamex boards are available in three thickness options:

• 3mm Foamex – a lightweight option for displays and applications where easy handling is important.
• 5mm Foamex – a more rigid option for larger displays, signage and exhibition panels.
• 10mm Foamex – a thicker option where additional board rigidity is required.

Custom A1 Foamex Printing

Your A1 Foamex board can be customised to suit how it will be displayed or used.

Single or Double-Sided Printing

Choose single-sided printing for standard display boards or double-sided printing when graphics need to be visible from both sides.

Lamination Options

Add a finish to your printed board with:

• Matt lamination for a low-glare appearance
• Gloss lamination for a more reflective finish
• Crystal lamination
• Dry wipe lamination for boards intended to be written on and wiped clean

These options are available directly through the product configuration.

Drilled Holes

Choose top-corner or all-corner drilled holes when the board needs to be fixed or mounted. You can also select no drilled holes when they are not required.

Straight or Cut-to-Shape

Keep the board in a standard straight format or choose cut-to-shape finishing when a custom outline is required.
